BLUE products can be ordered from anywhere in the world and we try to get them to you as quickly as possible no matter where you are. Orders will be processed Monday - Friday and will be shipped out the same day they're ordered if the order is received before 12pm EST, otherwise it will be shipped out on the following business day.
USPS Standard | $7 Flat Rate (2-3 business days)
USPS Standard | FREE! if you order 2 or more beanies (2-3 business days)
USPS Priority Mail Express | Rates are based on your address and the weight of your order. (1 business day)
Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. If your local government imposes taxes and duties, you will be responsible for paying the taxes, duties, and/or custom fees. Please contact customs specific to your country for more information. All International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
R E T U R N S
If you are not satisfied with your item within 15 days of receipt, you may return your item for a refund or exchange. In order to return an item you must contact customer service first by emailing email@example.com, with request to return for refund or exchange. In your email please include your order number and reason for return. Customer service will then provide further instructions. Item must be returned in the same condition as originally shipped to the customer, unwashed, unworn & in original packaging. Item must be shipped & received by us before any refund or exchange is made. You will only be reimbursed for the cost of the item and you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
